Please note that to be eligible for a return or exchanges, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with a label and in its original packaging. You willalso need to provide us with your order number.

The courier shipping fee for the returned item is borne by the customer.

  • How do I return my product for a refund?

For in-stock products that are ready to ship, we will attempt to unship them for you.However, if the order is being shipped to you, we are sorry that you will not be able tocancel. Please forgive me for any inconvenience caused.

If you wish to return your item, please contact us at support@youngkit.com within 10 days of receiving your order and provide the reason for the return, order number and package photo (based on the delivery date on the tracking record), if applicable ). If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Note: Returns without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please Note: If the parcel cannot be delivered to you  because the address provided by youself is incorrect or the courier cannot contact the recipient, and you applies for a refund or or reship the order, we will deduct 15% of the order amount as logistics compensation.

  • How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will process and issue your refund within 3-5 business days. Most banks will refund to your original payment method. within 3-7 business days.

  • Can I exchanges an item instead of getting a refund?

Certainly! Please contact us at support@youngkit.com within 10 days of receiving your order with the reason for the exchanges, order number, and a photo of the item (based on the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable) and we will provide exchanges details! Please note that we only accept one-time exchanges. The difference between the original item and the exchanged item, if any, will be charged.

  • Do I exchanges the goods to the shipping address?

  • Can I return or  exchanges my online order to any of your retail stores?

Sorry, the retail store cannot process returns and exchanges for any online orders. Please contact us at support@youngkit.com with the reason for the return or exchanges and we will guide you through the return procedure.
